This is a start. It's like eating a piece of cake. There's a whole cake out there to eat. We ate one piece of it today. We have to keep grinding if we want to eat the whole thing.

It?s just part of the job. If something changes, it probably won?t be the first, trust me. You just got to keep your head up and do what you can do to keep your job.

I haven't been getting balls and I've been struggling a little bit. So, I was hungry.

I have to continue to go out and give 110 percent effort on punt returns every time I go out on the field. I can't get lackadaisical and say, Well there might be a flag' and slack off a little bit. That will hurt my game. Every time I go out there I'm going to try to return that ball to the house.

Hey Romeo, how come you're still starting that pipsqueak Northcutt when you have the guy your general manager said was the best player in the draft standing on the sideline?

I didn't sweat it. I didn't think about the penalties. I just let it go. We've cleaned that up. The guys did a great job. It wasn't me. It was the whole punt return unit.
