Our goal with all of the pets we place is to then match the right pet with the right person and meet the needs of both. It's not only a valuable service to our community, but it's the right thing to do.

Thankfully, Palm Beach Animal Care agreed to partner with us. They've been very supportive to us so far.

We offer a three-year warranty with each adoption, along with three free office visits to the veterinarian we use. That's something most other pets stores don't do.

We wait until all the kittens are adopted before we bring in new ones. The reason why we do this is to lower the risk of spreading infections a kitten might possibly have.

Besides being at least eight weeks old, our pets must be healthy and well-socialized. This is done to ensure they will make good pets for adopting families.

It's a good thing in a way, though, because people know about Adopt-A-Pet and want to take care of these kittens. Hopefully, the program will get even bigger for 2006.
