One of our goals is to get it inside. We have some shooters, but it?s tough when you can?t get anything inside. We were able to get the ball inside and take some of the pressure off the outside shooters.

As the kids have gotten older, that?s been their strength with this particular group. That was something we talked about. Let?s push the ball and get it to the basket.

It was tight. They?re a good team, a solid team. It?s a good experience to have a close game and make the right decisions at the end and come out on the winning end of it. I was very pleased with the effort.

That?s got to be one of the better quarters defensively around here in a long time. Obviously that?s not going to happen every night, but we just want to make things as difficult for the opposition as we can, and we did a nice job of that.

It?s understanding that the responsibility now falls on their shoulders. There are times where they look for the older guys, and they?re not here anymore.

It was a great way for us to celebrate Senior Night. The kids came out and played really hard, played well. It was a great way for them to end it with a good victory.
