Most of those belong to corporations, and they're now finding their way onto the secondary market. The folks that buy those either have celebrity status or they are another corporation trying to highly impress some very influential clients.
More often than not, it's a small scam. Seats aren't where they're supposed to be, or they're not as close (to the playing field) as what they told you. They can plead (ignorance) pretty easily.
