I don't think it was too little, too late. We just couldn't shoot. We're better than that. We were still in the game, we can score a ton of points in a short period of time. Denali does a great job of applying ball-pressure. She's obviously quick and she works hard, but she's also very smart. We like to use her against the opposing team's point guard. She creates turnovers and really disrupts their offensive flow.

It looked like a mirror image of our boys' game, except we couldn't make shots late.

I'm not sure how many she has for her career. But I'm guessing that it's well over 500. It's not unusual for her to have 10 or 11 in a game.
