We are talking to four different casino companies and three nationally recognized retail developers. We have offers from some of them. However, we have not made a decision yet as to which casino operator will be the best anchor for the overall project.

We hope to be a destination. Our goal is to move from 1.8 days per stay to closer to 3.6, working closely with the convention center, causing a different type of experience.

It's going to take a while to do everything. It's not going to be instantaneous. It's going to take five to seven years.
