Open records requests are far more complicated than they seem. We do not currently have a policy stating the amount to be charged, so what I'm asking Ms. Blackburn to do is to come up with a plan and a policy that we can put in place. I'm asking her to provide us with the guidelines that we can follow uniformly from now on.
