You had to stay on to win. Boise and us obviously were very close, and we each counted a fall. It was down to those final tenths. It just worked out in our favor. ... I'm very proud this team held together.
This team wasn't supposed to win all of these games. But we stayed positive and got it done.
A lot of people thought we were dangerous but nobody thought we could win the whole thing. I could coach for the next 20-30 years and might never go through something like that again. It's an unforgettable team. I will never forget this team. I literally had tears in my eyes in the huddle (Sunday). It was so moving and magical and emotional.
It is a good win, but the three hard reds take some of the excitement away from the win.
We got some stops and a lot of fast break points tonight. That was the key to the win.
Nothing can seem foul to those who win.
We're winning, but we're still not playing real well,
That was a big win over Quincy - but after we won that game there was just silence. Tonight, it was all rockin' here.
The only way to be number one is to be number one.
All right Mister, let me tell you what winning means... you're willing to go longer, work harder, give more than anyone else.
