I think if you are going to be effective, it's not just experience ---- some people go into office and don't get anything done.
With our help, I believe the Iraqi people will succeed in establishing an elected government that will no longer tolerate terrorist activities.
If the federal government did their job, citizens would not be taking the law into their own hands. I'm sympathetic to their goals, but would prefer security tasks be handled by professionals.
