I would always try to cheer them on at practice. I'll try to get them to do certain things in practice that I know that they can do so that they could see that they could do them.
I like playing point because you're in charge. It's also what I'm best atpassing is one of my strengths. In field hockey, I play midfield, which is kind of the same as a point guard. You're more in control of things like distributing the ball.
A lot of it was just trying to get them to be more vocalto take charge a little more. Both of them are younger so they have to learn to speak up and lead a little more. They just have to be a little more confident.
