The kids showed up today with expectations of doing well and they met those expectations.
Josh had a phenomenal season. He never missed a practice. He came to get extra workouts in. He worked hard and he sought advice from the coaches to improve and he showed up to every meet ready to wrestle for the team.
It was a great match. Shaun went out there as determined as he could be and to do his best. He walked off knowing he left it all out there.
This year was a great experience for Josh. To have two years left and have already reached the New England championships is huge. I hope to help him reach his goal of being a state champion.
When you want something it makes it extra special when you come through.
