When we were down early, I wasn't worried about it because I knew we were trying. It was just a matter of our shots going in. Then, when they started going in, (the Rough Riders) couldn't stop us.
People thought the war was over in May of 2003 when President Bush landed on the cruiser under the banner that said mission accomplished. Here we are billions of dollars and thousands of lives later and it's still going on.
It feels fabulous. Not because it was against Roosevelt, but anytime you're put in this situation and come from that many down to win the game, that's something special. I thought we put in the best effort of the season.
We have people who can hit the ball hard. Up the middle is very good. We have the chance to be pretty good.
