My sense is that the stock is going to stabilize here. You get much lower than this and it starts to get to be real overreaction.

The orders have already slumped this year. They're 40 percent to 50 percent off last year's run rate. We're already assuming reduced demand. The real driver is less the demand side and more the internal cost side.

It's definitely a surprise. She's only been there a year, and she has been a major agent of change for the company. Her loss is very real because the lack of her leadership within the financial organization could be a real problem. Boeing is going to have to find someone of equal pro-activity in that area in order to keep up Wall Street's confidence.

It's continued fallout from Boeing's earnings release and comments coming out of the conference calls for both Boeing and Honeywell. People are beginning to realize that these companies are expensive relative to earnings. You also have a lack of improvement in some of the airline names that have reported recently weighing on these companies, too.

From a strategic standpoint it makes sense to do that in some fashion because it's such a big contract. It puts the loser at a big risk.

The terms of this deal are very generous to the union. I don't think it has any impact on the turnaround at Boeing, which is driven by productivity improvement, getting more planes out the door with less cost. It's independent of wage assets.

It would presumably only impact a small number of people. Everyone in the union is outside of this issue because they're covered in contract language.
