A lot of what they get in the textbooks is hard to apply in the real world. That's where the software comes into play.
If they get things right, the park will grow and grow and then they will show a profit. If not, the dinosaurs die and the park goes bankrupt.
The money from the foundation, is not only giving us money for the extras - it's helping us with the necessities.
In my case, I couldn't imagine what I'd be doing without their help. It's impossible to imagine.
I don't know if students grasp how advanced our society and work force have become. Some of the kids take it for granted, but then a lot of kids don't know what it was like before this.
It's all about giving students a sense of ownership in the classroom.
