I wouldn't have expected them to shoot that well from 3-point land but they certainly did, including a couple of NBA threes.
Without anyone to match them inside we needed to play outstanding from the perimeter, and that didn't happen.
We did everything in our repertoire to pull this one out. It's one of those things: use five defenses and four different offenses and hope something works.
When we win and look good winning, it's because we've got some transition and we're knocking some perimeter shots down. We did not have the kind of transition night I wanted but we did stick some shots from the perimeter when we had to.
They took it to us. We were definitely rushing. This was a horrendous shooting night. We got what we deserved.
We started to bring our four and our five players out to be distributors instead of keeping them on the inside because (Ridgefield) stretched their zone so well and we were really having trouble with the passing angles.
We needed a run badly there and didn't get it.
