Cape Wind from the beginning has tried to avoid direct state oversight. It brings the state very clearly back into the picture, which is not what Cape Wind wants.
This is a challenge for other companies to get involved, as we have gotten involved. This is an important event in town, and other businesses need to step up to the plate.
A decision that is going to materially effect the Cape and the islands should be made in Massachusetts.
