We're still disappointed that public access was never given.
There's not a strong enough week-in, week-out reinforcement of the need for access to public records.
The next signal has to come from the Senate president. We'll see if the Senate caucus wants to get Taft out of this predicament; whether they will remove that part (of the legislation).
The way it's written now, the legislative branch would totally give up any oversight of those records. That's the danger.
