We're talking about grand jury secrecy in part, and we're talking about a different type of motion that has been filed under seal and is to remain under seal until the court orders its disclosure.
The grand jury obviously saw that they would have suffered the same fate if it were any other driver.
Mr. Robles is not the type of person who wants to run away from this. He is very interested in cooperating with the investigation and the process.
He did not cause these deaths. He is totally innocent.
