When you have an opportunity to get together with people in several different industries it's almost like you have 30 little warriors out there marketing your business for you every week. They're real people. They're walking, talking, breathing billboards.
With all this other (proposed) development of schools and theatres, they have still kept the strip and its identity. Quite often, the Gasoline Alley themes get lost as the community develops.
He pulled me to the side and said I'm part of this group in town called BNI and it's about a bunch of business owners that get together once a week and we exchange leads.
I actually enjoy it so much that I hired another salesperson and had him join another BNI group in Bonita Springs, a market he'll be responsible for. I'm going to make it a company standard that every time I hire somebody they join a BNI group.
