We're going to have to make some decisions that might hurt some people. It's nothing personal. There are business decisions that have to be made.
We're going to have a special section, with signs, to let people know they are dealing with farmers.
We're also trying to do a commercial kitchen so if your aunt makes the best pies, she can come here and make her pies and sell them.
We are talking about the best. If you're going to do pizza, then do the best pizza possible. You don't buy it frozen and reheat it. There are going to be some people that won't stay at the market.
It's going to be a great asset for us.
Part of the things we think we can do to bring back customers is clean it up, provide better lighting, and add more farmers. This is a jewel waiting to happen. By January 2007, I think we'll be a lot closer. We won't be there yet, but we'll be closer.
