I am very much looking forward for us to begin work on completing the next step in this series. Quality improvement is always an ongoing process. With the dedication of our residents and staff, we are well on our way to completing the next step in the series.
But the critical thing is to walk in the door, spend some time in the facility, talk to the residents, talk to the staff, eat a meal and just look around.
We do a great deal of paperwork for regulatory compliance and that paperwork drives our care planning and provides us with comparative data with other state long-term care facilities.
We took some of those individuals and conducted some special training on range-of-motion and other exercises. So now our data more accurately reflects the excellence in the area.
