They won't appreciate it as much now as they will 20 years from now. It's impossible. They'll appreciate it years from now, when they're looking back and wondering who was that first USF team that went to a bowl game.

Everybody is so excited about getting to a bowl ? but it is not enough. We want to win this football game and that's it. I would hope that every player on our team wants to win in the worst way and does all they can to do that.

I have no idea. After the Louisville game (a 45-14 win), I'd say no, after today, I'd say a lot. I haven't thought about it. But we just lost, and we've got to get moving the ball.

I like to win, so right now, I am just thinking about the loss. So saying I am happy that we just got here is a bunch of baloney. The bottom line is, we have to play better to win. But I will tell you this: We are in the hunt. We have 70 sophomores and freshmen on our team. We have a chance to build this program as long as we keep battling.

They're ready to play. You can only do so many activities, so much.

I want to tell you something - we're in the hunt.

Those kids are the ones that have all the courage.
