I've heard a lot of discussion about this. If a resource center is a good way of cultivating students ... it's definitely something we can look into.
This isn't something any one of us can solve. We need more student input ... that's how student government will become more legitimate, when it becomes about you.
If that's something residents are complaining about, that's something we should look into.
