One of the frustrating things is everybody that lives out here knows what's good and what's bad.
It looks like everyone, at this point, plans to be on their best behavior; but there's always potential.
We're on a bit of a spike from December until now, with the fatal accidents.

For some reason he had drifted across the southbound lane and into the dirt shoulder on the other side of the road before he overcorrected and came all the way back onto the shoulder on the opposite side of the road where he overturned.
I just don't know what it's going to take to get people to slow down. It's gut-wrenching to come out to these things.
It's an action plan we've been working on. Basically, we're trying to be a highly-visible force out there.
That's the area they're assigned to. They won't be called away.
