If we had played some and then lost her, I think it might have been easier. We've just got to see what we've got and manage it from there. Without that caliber of player, we're grasping to find people to fill the rolls and to deal with the challenges other teams throw at us.
After the second tie there was a lot of pent up frustration. But something happened between the middle and end of the game. I don't want to say they accepted it, saying a tie was OK, but they learned it's just something they have to overcome the next time we go to overtime.
There are certainly a lot of things that we can shore up for Altoona. Williamsport gave us the competition we were looking for.
She was very frustrated. But very early on she articulated both to me and to the team that she was frustrated, but, 'So what. That's what I have and there's nothing I can do about it so I'm going to do what I can instead of play.' She had a very mature approach.
She's been doing well and her spirits are up. We'll see how she reacts when playoffs begin.
