The safest train is one that gets into and out of town as soon as possible. It's bad for the city of Orr and something they ought to reject. It's a bad policy.
We're going to work with the parties to address the specific concerns that are raised.
We're already receiving complaints about crossing blockings. This is only going to contribute to that.
The resolution does not make it law. It also has to be certified by the secretary of state, which they haven't done yet. I think they (Orr) are having second thoughts about it, and they should.
