Mack spent the whole ride taping his ankles and his headgear and visualizing. He's a step ahead of other high school wrestlers, but you would never know it from talking to him or watching him on the mat. He's so humble and a real class act.
Mack has tremendous technique and flawless execution. What is most impressive about Mack is that he's always in great position, which is an indication he'll be an outstanding collegiate wrestler.
Mack doesn't do anything flashy, he just gets the job done. You know what you're going to get from Mack in every match. He's very consistent in his performance.
We've always had kids from all over come here. This program has been a magnet for good wrestlers from around the state, but our link with the Navy Juniors program has been pretty good for us the past few years.
