There's really no distinction between amateurs and professionals. But I don't think we'll see yardage finders at the higher levels of the game. They all have caddies anyway.
Obviously, a lot of players will go for the green so that will be the risk-reward there.
Whether that changes over time, we'll see. The option is now there for tournament committees to use the rule if they choose.
