Larson was huge. He's been a game-breaker all year long. Nobody doubts what he can do when he comes to play. He's solid, big, takes up a lot of net space and he has some amazing reflexes. He has good rebound control and he knows how to make the clutch saves when they need to be made.

It was a pretty rough go right off the bat. Some guys out early with separated shoulders and bruised ribs, a couple of bleeding lips and cuts over the eye. Good, old playoff hockey. The team that wanted it a little more in the end I think got the win.

Special teams have been big for us all year. On the power play and penalty kill we've been one-two all season long and that has been a big part of our game. We count on at least one or two power play goals per game.

Just having the ability to throw Andrew in is a bonus. He's a gritty kid and he can definitely play the game. He has a lot of speed and is a (Storm head coach) Fran Gow product, so he plays good defensive hockey. He knows what to do in his end of the ice and that's what I like about him.
