We played nice defense in the second half. We did a good job rebounding and limited them to only one shot.
I was happy we were able to respond. At this point in the season, with how things have gone, we have to feel good about getting a victory.
Ali gives us a presence out there. She does so much work on both ends of the court with her offensive and defensive abilities. Having Ali in there calms everyone else and with her you know she is going to create something.
Nothing will extend a lead quicker than causing a couple turnovers off your press.
