I think we're one of the better clubs around here. We're hitting the ball as well as anybody. I think we can play defense with any club out there. It's just if our pitching comes along. That will make us very, very solid.

For a guy that really nobody knew how he would do this year, he's been excellent. He's come in here and surpassed all expectations. He's battled for us and done well.

Everybody has it going right now. We've worked really hard on hitting, and it's paid off. We're hitting to all fields. I knew coming into the year we would have good defense and good bats, but I didn't think we'd be performing at this level.
