One of the priorities of ?Campaign Arizona' was endowed support of faculty and staff, not only to retain the great faculty that you already have but also to recruit more from other institutions or private industry.
That's something I'm sure no university president enjoys announcing, especially as often as has happened here over the last four years.
In terms of the annual budget, it goes down a little more each year.
