Sonja leads us vocally, but she also leads us by going out on the hill and showing us how to ski down it. She sets a great example, and she definitely showed that today (Thursday). We're going to miss her next year.

We had a good section meet, but we didn't want to put too much pressure on ourselves because it's a lot easier if we just go out and have fun. We had all just participated in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life at the high school, when we stay awake for about 24 hours straight. We were a little sleepy.

We definitely started to wake up and came together as a unit in the second half.
