There are kids in the (Donelson, Hermitage and Old Hickory) areas claiming gang membership, but these gangs are so spread out that there is really no structure or leadership. (Lack of communication) keeps gangs from being structured.
Gangs make it obvious. They want you to know they are there, that this is their area.
