To me the biggest obstacle the drivers face, in my opinion -- especially assuming they stay where they are through the end of 2006, is keeping the morale of their team high, and getting those guys on their teams working as hard today as they did a week before the announcement,

That's a lot of the job of the driver and the car owner, working to keep morale high. If those drivers and those car owners do their jobs in that respect the way they should, then they won't have problems. If everything changes to 'me, me, me,' whether it is the driver or the car owner, then it will be a long, long year.

Right now we're small. I plan to, next year and the following years, to grow each year. Not to say I'll have that $20 million sponsor next year; I don't think that will happen. But I think in five years, we'll be at that point. That's the goal.
