Sometimes it does come down to attitude. They have that confidence and that fire that maybe two years ago we didn't have. This team definitely has that extra spring in their step and they're willing to do whatever it takes on the practice field against each other.
We have a lot of firepower returning. We have a lot of weapons on attack. It's not a big concern. Offensively we can put the ball in the back of the net, coming from a lot of different places.
It's a big loss. They're both going to play. It's going to be different from years past where Lee was our goalie and she was the only one. I think this year it's good because Jess and Cammie both have different strengths and have done a great job.
Our defense is inexperienced in a lot of spots. We have a lot of sophomores and juniors that have a lot of practice experience, not as much game experience. They're ready to step in and we have a lot of speed back there.
When I look at it on paper it can be scarry that we're so inexperienced. Seeing them play every day gives me a lot of confidence.
We have speed. We can definitely run with anybody in the country, which is huge in our sport.
