The Achilles heel of the project is that the land doesn't have water rights.
It's not that we are trying to pull water out of your system. It's actually the reverse.
My perception is that we are headed toward a future where the surface water from the Rio Grande diversion is likely to be the dominant source of water for most communities around the Santa Fe area.
One curator said he didn't want my work in his gallery because it was so simple even children understood it. I thought, what a wonderful tribute!
