It's been a bit of a convoluted mess. We have such an eclectic group of people, it's hard for people to come together, to have time to meet and to agree on what is needed.
The capital costs are high and return on investment is lower.
Our priority is to ensure that wireless communication channels are available to the affected areas in our markets and to work with local officials to provide the service they need to respond in this situation.
This is nice what they did. It was a lot of work. Blaine, Bridgeport, this is all one community. At least I feel like it is.
