Just seeing an alligator does not make it dangerous. They have to come out of the water, as a cold-blooded reptile, to regulate their temperature by basking in the sun.
There is, at this point, little that we can do. Because it's private property, we can't regulate it.
It's a decision we thought was going to happen and it did.
