We want to promote understanding and fill in the gaps today or tomorrow.
I believe we are in fact opening a new era. We are now talking about joint activities in various areas between Japan and the United States in order to improve the peace and security around the world.
But there remains the problem of how to deal with ties with neighboring countries, especially China and South Korea, ... We must strive to improve relations with China and South Korea with a forward-looking view.
We must consider (the issue) from various angles such as the problems of safety, noise, air traffic routes, environment and whether it can be relocated quickly.
I would not say it was as wide as the Pacific Ocean, but a big river. But the differences have gradually been narrowed.
