It is amazing to think back on the new construction in Buttonwood Barn, the arrival of the new exercise equipment, and final preparations before we opened our doors the first week of 2004.

We are delighted to announce a month of special opportunities in January 2006, culminating with an Open House event on Saturday, January 14 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. that will allow the public to get a sampling of the many features Slim and Tone has to offer.
