It all depends on the early-voting turnout and how many ballots the (election) judges will have to process after the polls close. We're really not sure of its impact. But I can't anticipate delays lasting hours.
We haven't calculated all of the costs, but we will incur some additional expenses.
After some initial discontent, there was general agreement that it was useful to think more carefully and consistently about our grading practices.
