Bob Metzler Cons Quotations

I've talked to several people who are close to that being teachers and I get different answers to that question. I don't think I've formulated an opinion on what would be best for the school district. What I want to do is dig into it, find out the pros and cons on each system and make an informed decision about what's best for all the stakeholders.
