Rick might have through the end of next year to show the cost savings. If GM is viewed by the media and others as not having a competitive set of new products, that's going to be a big problem.
There's a much higher level of urgency. I think they realize that they're betting the company on this. Our sense is this is being viewed as this is a change-or-die kind of thing.
That's one of their strategic objectives -- not to be viewed as an import but somebody who's part of the local region.
