Our 5 percent total year increase was led by the exciting new products we launched in 2004 and 2005. We plan to continue that momentum into 2006 with strong, new, fuel-efficient product offerings beginning with the Dodge Caliber and Jeep Compass.

Our newest and best products carried the day for us in February. The LX platform posted sales of 30,241 units this month, our best ever. Overall, our car business is up 19 percent, and we have the all-new Dodge Caliber arriving at dealerships this month and attracting a new group of customers to our showrooms.

With the three products of the LX platform selling at a record pace and the arrival of the Dodge Caliber, Chrysler Group is back in the car business in a big way.

We finished the first quarter with strong momentum, led by the Dodge Caliber, which is getting great reception from dealers and customers. Most economic indicators are showing a strengthening of the economy and consumers are displaying a desire to purchase new cars and trucks. We are in the right position as we continue our launch of ten all-new products this year.

The steady, constant pace of product launches we have brought to market has enabled us to reach two years of consistent monthly and consecutive quarterly results. We plan to keep launching new, head-turning products in every category and at the same pace that will connect with customers and bring them into our showrooms.
