I think our kids showed a lot of character getting back into the ball game. We fell so far behind that we used so much energy getting back into the ball game.
I think our kids learned something from this experience. Anytime you come on this level, and in this place, and lose by 14 and outscore them 41-32 after halftime, it shows we're not a team that's ever going to quit.
Kids who come here, I see them grow. My philosophy is not winning and losing. When I see a kid like Tracey, it puts this job in perspective.
You never know what another person is going through. All of my players are like sons to me. Tracey just needed a little extra attention. Kids like Tracey make it special for me.
These kids deserve to play. We're going there to try to win the championship.
