I did the things I needed to do, took care of it and played last year and have just gone forward. I?m not really worried about it.

Johnny is a good friend and a great guy to have in the clubhouse. I am very excited about having him as a teammate again.

When I got home, I wasn't sick, so I was able to continue all of the hard work I did last year. It was nice to be able to get back on that routine, start lifting, training and hitting, keep working on those things.

Without the veteran ball club we have, we could have very easily gotten swept, especially against a pitcher like Brad. They beat Mo last night, and this could have turned into a disaster. You give away a game, then get beat, and it turns into something bad. We got the taste out of our mouths.

We changed it up a little bit (from last year) because my ability to lift was already there. I had that base. We started squatting right away, lunging.
