I think every ownership group makes a decision on how much they want to spend. Teams that are willing to spend more can get themselves out of mistakes more readily.
I think Les has even said it. The luxury tax is our salary cap. The thing that's different in the situations is that you can't make mistakes in our situation with who you sign.
When you shoot poorly and you're a bad shooting team, all mistakes are exaggerated.
This isn't new. It's the same old, same old. We have to put in young guys to compete, so it starts with competing hard. As we compete hard, we make far too many mistakes and that's why we have the record we have. We're a mistake-laden, inconsistently competitive team.
