Returns have been good and I don't find that surprising at all. The herd thundered out and left in its wake a very cheap market and now people are pausing and looking back.

They're getting people with high speed coming up from behind. They're also seeing lane change violations. Aggressive driving in general, in terms of cutting people off, flashing their lights and things of that nature.
If you remain too local, you become limited and parochial. In the other direction, you can become too detached from the people you are aiming to serve.
I plan on maintaining my positions, knowing full well that five people vote. I've not given up my right to make an individual vote on things I feel very strongly about.
