Mike's had a couple good games and some games where you like to see him do more.

Mike is one of the outstanding young coaches in our game today. He's an excellent teacher of the game and has worked successfully with players at all levels of hockey.

He's under our watch now and we can monitor him. There are certain things we can work on with him on the conditioning side. The fact he can practice at a high level will help him.

He's an extremely fast player and could be one of our faster guys if he came over. And he's got good skill. But he's never really matured physically.
